Privacy Policy

What you give us when you join the mailing list or apply: name, email, optional profile details (skills, links, location), and an optional phone number if you add SMS. Basic analytics about how the site is used.

To run the Chocolate City Classic: sending updates you asked for, matching teams, curating the field, and telling you when invitations go out. We do not sell your information.

Trusted service providers who send our email and SMS, under contract. Partners never receive your contact details without your explicit opt-in (for example, a resume book you choose to join).

Every email has an unsubscribe link. Text STOP to end SMS. Email us to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you.

We keep list data while the Classic operates and delete it on verified request.
